EASSA comes up with fun events every semester, be it by ourselves or in collaboration with a diverse array of organizations in and out of campus. We know that not everyone likes the same things and that's why we put together both academic and non-academic events. (needs to be updated)
What Kind of Events Can I Expect?
This year is a bit different from most other years due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Most of our events are being held online, but we still plan to have in-person events! We were lucky enough to have held a Welcome Party event in the fall and we hope to have an in-person semi-formal event this winter semester.
However, until it is safe to do so, we will continue to take advantage of the fact that Zoom has made it easier for us to gather even if it is virtually.

How Do I Keep Up With What's Happening?
On this website, you can find past events and information about upcoming ones. However, the best place to get the most up-to-date information and get details for each of our events is by following and checking our Facebook and Instagram pages! We also keep everyone in the department updated through our weekly Listservs.
